Ramdam mo na ba?
Many people lose their jobs unwillingly and unexpectedly. Some were prepared but many are not. Any back-up plans? Before I’m not thinking too much about this issue but since some our friends and colleagues were given a deadline, I’m now starting to get worried about my work condition. It’s not about each person’s performance but it’s about the crisis each company is now facing. They have to trim down unnecessary expenses and even their employees - redundancy, end of contract and even early termination of contract. So sad that many of us are now facing this kind of circumstances and we never know kung tayo na din ang susunod sa pila. Let’s just hope these problems would end soon.
