Got carried away… about the life & love story of a human being (Bella), a bloodsucker (as what Jacob calls Edward) and a mongrel (as what Edward calls Jacob). When I started reading the first book – Twilight, sabi ko, it’s an ordinary love story of teenagers yun nga lang some are fictional like vampires and werewolves, although we don’t really know if those really exists or existed before. Halfway of the 1st book, medyo naging interesting ng konti ang story. After reading the book saka ko pinanood ung movie.
So when I ended reading the 1st one, medyo parang bitin ung story so sinunod ko na agad ung 2nd book – New Moon, which is medyo boring sa gitna so I skipped some pages, lalo na if it’s about Jacob. Honestly, it’s not that I don’t like his character in the book pero syempre, parang spice un sa kwento, to have a love triangle. It was the time when Edward decided nga to leave Bella behind coz he thought that it would be better for Bella para maiwas sya sa panganib. Boring din sa gitna kasi ang tagal bago lumabas ulit ung character ni Edward. And then the thrill or climax was at the end talaga. Felt like I was watching it (in my mind), in more detailed angles, kasi nga wala pang movie, coming soon pa. At saka pag movie ang daming cuts, Hindi lahat included and some interesting scenes were not in the movie kumabaga parang hindi masyadong na-capture ng movie ung buong kwento, like summary na nga lang sya hehehe, kulit noh. So ayun na nga, Edward thought Bella was dead, parang Romeo and Juliet, Edward went to Italy, to end his life coz wala na ang Bella nya (how sweet). Maybe some people who haven’t read the book yet will ask bakit pa sya pupunta ng Italy para magpakamatay? Read the book na lng, it’s all in the book hehe. But Edward got it all wrong. Sugod si Bella sa Italy to save Edward not knowing what may happen to them lalo na sa pugad ng mga vampires, sa dungeon… Volturi… and everything. Syempre the story should end with a happy ending pero bitin so you really have to continue reading the next book.
I’m through reading the 3rd book – Eclipse. Victoria, the partner of James, who almost killed Bella in Twilight, came back. Nag- “I shall return” ang bruha para maghiganti kay Edward but she knows na hindi nya kaya ang mga Cullen clan so her target now is to kill Bella, kapalit ng kanyang James. She created newborn vampires and planned to attack, pero syempre Alice can see the future so napaghandaan nila. And the love traiangle continues – Edward,Bella,Jacob. And the winner is…… sino pa nga ba… dan dan daran… wedding bells… next.. book 4 – Breaking Dawn…
